Backed by formal education and industry certifications, owner and lead designer Ben Hutchison has made it his life’s mission to bring creativity, care, and craftsmanship into every design.

At Landscend, we specialize in transforming overgrown, overlooked, or underwhelming spaces into eye-catching landscapes worthy of front-page features. Every project is approached with passion, precision, and a deep appreciation for outdoor beauty — because to us, a great landscape is more than just curb appeal — it's a statement.

I’m Benjamin Hutchison, a Civil Engineering student graduating in December 2025 with an Associate of Applied Science degree. My background combines technical expertise with a deep passion for landscape design — a blend that fuels everything we do at Landscend Designs.

I hold a certification in UVision 3D Landscape Creator, giving me the tools to craft detailed, realistic visualizations that bring outdoor spaces to life. I'm also currently pursuing a Landscape Design Certification through the New York Institute of Art and Design, further expanding my skills and design philosophy — aiming to one day be the Picasso of landscape design.

At Landscend Designs, we don’t just design landscapes — we create living art. Every project is a fusion of creativity, inspiration, and intention. Our goal is to design outdoor spaces that are not only functional but beautiful — spaces that feel as good as they look.
